Jiliff Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an active jiliff account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3 Account Management

Each member of jiliff is permitted to hold one account only. If jiliff discovers that a member holds more than one account — whether intentionally or through oversight — all accounts may be reviewed. Duplicate accounts, winnings associated with duplicate accounts and bonus balances therein may be forfeited, and the accounts may be permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliff login credentials. You agree to:

• Never share your username or password with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify jiliff immediately at support@jiliff.best if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Jiliff will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting jiliff support. Jiliff may also close or suspend accounts that are inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, following notice to the registered email address.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on jiliff are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Jiliff does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are not within jiliff's control. Always confirm with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund your jiliff account. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and ensure funds are returned to their original source.

Jiliff reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or security review. In such cases, jiliff will notify you within 48 hours of the reason for the delay.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Jiliff offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and product restrictions. These terms are published with each individual offer and form part of these Terms when a bonus is activated.

By claiming a bonus, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms.
• Jiliff reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by the member.
• If jiliff determines that a member has abused the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or using bonuses contrary to their intent — jiliff may void the bonus, associated winnings and take further action including account closure.
• Free bets, free credits and matched deposit bonuses each have their own distinct terms and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

6 Betting Rules and Wager Settlement

All sports bets placed on jiliff — including NBA, PBA, football, and other available markets — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet acceptance: Jiliff reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion before confirmation is issued. Once a bet is confirmed and a reference number is assigned, it is binding.
• Pricing errors: If jiliff offers odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel affected bets and process full refunds regardless of whether the bet was placed in good faith.
• Abandoned events: If a sporting event is abandoned before a result is determined under the applicable rules, bets will generally be voided and stakes refunded, subject to the specific market rules for that event.
• Result verification: Jiliff uses official governing body results for settlement. Social media announcements, unofficial reports or broadcast commentary do not constitute official results for settlement purposes.
• Bet limits: Maximum stake amounts apply per event and per market. Limits vary by product and member account status. Jiliff may adjust limits for individual members at its discretion.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any bet, the member should contact jiliff support within 30 days of the event result being confirmed. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.

7 Live Casino Rules

The jiliff live casino section — including baccarat, and other live dealer games — is subject to the following additional rules:

• Technical disconnections: If you are disconnected from a live dealer session while a round is in progress, jiliff will use server-side data to determine the outcome of any active bet. The decision of jiliff's system is final.
• Void rounds: In exceptional circumstances — including technical malfunction affecting the dealing equipment, clear dealer error or studio failure — jiliff may void an entire round and refund all bets placed on that round.
• Bet timer: Each round has a defined betting window. Bets placed after the betting window closes will not be accepted. Jiliff's servers record the precise time of bet placement.
• Game integrity: The live dealer games available on jiliff are supplied by licensed third-party studios and are subject to independent audit and testing for fairness. Jiliff does not modify game outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiliff and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage or to automate betting activity on jiliff.
• Match fixing, spot fixing or any participation in any arrangement intended to pre-determine the outcome of an event for the purpose of profiting from a jiliff bet.
• Arbitrage betting designed to exploit jiliff pricing errors or guarantee winnings regardless of outcome, particularly when conducted in conjunction with bonus offers.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits or using jiliff for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing jiliff staff, live dealers, or other members on any platform communication channel.
• Sharing your account with any other person, or acting as a proxy account holder on behalf of another individual.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Jiliff reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity as outlined in Section 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback from your payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory directive or instruction from a law enforcement authority.

Where jiliff closes an account for cause, any balance attributable to fraud, abuse or Terms breach may be forfeited. Any remaining legitimate balance — funds not associated with the violation — will be returned to the member's verified payment method after investigation is complete.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact support@jiliff.best. Account closure requests are processed within five working days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be completed before the account is closed.

10 Responsible Gaming

Jiliff is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful. These Terms require all members to use jiliff responsibly and in accordance with the following obligations:

• You confirm that you are not suffering from a known gambling addiction at the time of registration.
• You agree to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account — including deposit limits, session time alerts and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.
• You accept that jiliff may, at its discretion and without prior notice, impose account restrictions on members whose activity suggests a gambling-related problem.

Self-exclusion requested through jiliff's Responsible Gaming page will be implemented within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the member may not create a new account or access the platform. 11 Intellectual Property

All content on jiliff.best — including but not limited to the brand name jiliff, logo, website design, written content, images, software, interfaces and game content — is the intellectual property of jiliff or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any jiliff content without prior written permission. This restriction applies regardless of whether the use is commercial or non-commercial.

Authorised linking to jiliff.best from external websites is permitted provided the link does not misrepresent jiliff, does not imply endorsement where none exists, and does not direct users to any page other than the jiliff homepage.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiliff shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages of any nature arising from your use of or inability to use jiliff.

Nothing in these Terms excludes jiliff's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Jiliff may amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on jiliff.best with a revised "Last Updated" date. Jiliff will notify members of material changes via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the website.

Your continued use of jiliff following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using jiliff and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.
